This module will facilitate paramedics in supplying and administering medications, including those administered under a Patient Group Direction (PGD). How these drugs act, their therapeutic and adverse effects are covered, together with important interactions and an examination of how individual differences can alter drug response and treatment.

Please note that the module uses the Work Based Learning shell to deliver a bespoke module.


Who is this module for?

Registered paramedics with experience of working in the emergency, out of hospital care setting.
