Help to Grow: Management
Help to Grow: Management is a hybrid executive development programme for small business leaders, designed to help you boost your business's performance, resilience, and long-term growth. It uses a combination of online and face-to-face sessions alongside case study workshops, helping business leaders to take part alongside existing work commitments.
Short courses and CPD from Hertfordshire Business School
We run a range of courses in key areas - business essentials, small business development, people management, executive leadership, personal effectiveness, coaching and mentoring and virtual working and communication - ideal for up-skilling, re-skilling, or just to maintain your professional practice. All courses can be delivered to organisations in a bespoke format – just contact us.
Our classes are led by experienced and thought-provoking experts who guide you through a digital curriculum in an interactive learning style. You will have the opportunity to ask questions in real-time and can gain our Business School CPD certification or work towards a professional qualification.
The Professional Coaching Practice course encourages participants to take seriously the conversations that take place in the workplace. The course takes a relational approach to coaching and mentoring that emphasises the broader skills of a helping conversation rather than one specific model of coaching. A range of coaching theories and models are introduced to support and enhance these skills. The course consists of six taught units, plus additional sessions for tutorials, assignment support and coaching practice.
Statistical Services and Consultancy Unit
The Statistical Services and Consultancy Unit has over two decades experience offering short courses and CPD. It delivers existing and bespoke courses to external organisations (online and in-person) and runs an annual programme of online short courses.
