We offer a range of workforce development modules, qualifications, study days and bespoke training in leadership, nursing, midwifery, social work, education and research.

We work with employers to ensure all students get the best possible practical experience, enabling them to prepare effectively for the workplace.

We work in close partnership with NHS Trusts, Health Education England (South East and Kent, Surrey and Sussex), Department for Education and Social Work England. We also work with employers including local authorities and independent and voluntary health and social care agencies.

Post-qualifying degree programmes

Our post-qualifying degree programmes are part-time. You can personalise the qualification by including option modules to suit your professional practice, career aspirations and sector requirements.

Undergraduate programmes:

BSc (Hons) degree: 120 credits at Level 6

GradCert: 60 credits at Level 6

  • GradCert Healthcare Practice (Children’s Critical Care)
  • GradCert Healthcare Practice (Intensive Care)

Postgraduate programmes

Master’s degree: 180 credits at Level 7

Postgraduate Diploma: 120 credits at Level 7

Postgraduate Certificate: 60 credits at Level 7

  • PgCert Independent/Supplementary Prescribing for Nurses and Midwives
Funding

You can fund your studies in one of the following ways:

  • Self-funding: Once your application has been accepted you will need to make a one-off payment for your module via our secure payment portal before the online enrolment process.
  • HEE funded: Your employer will advise you if this is applicable for the courses you are studying
  • NHS Trust / Employer funded: Please agree with your employer prior to submitting application
  • Postgraduate Master’s Loan: You may be eligible to access a postgraduate loan of up to £11,570 for a full MSc to help fund your studies. For full information, visit https://www.gov.uk/funding-for-postgraduate-study
